Information we collect

We do not require you to create an account, and this site has no comment or sign-up forms. We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us, for example when you email us for help, to volunteer, or about a donation. That may include your name, email address, phone number, location and details about your situation.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance purposes.

Donations

Online donations are processed by Zeffy, a third-party donation platform. Your payment details are handled by Zeffy and are never stored on this website. Zeffy’s own privacy policy applies to information you provide there. We receive your name, contact details and gift amount so we can thank you and provide a tax receipt.

How we use your information

We use your information only to respond to you, provide services to veterans, coordinate volunteers, process and acknowledge donations, and meet our legal and reporting obligations. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Sharing

With a veteran’s permission, we may share information with housing, training and employer partners in order to provide services. We may also disclose information when required by law.
